Departments are responsible for purchasing, and maintaining high quality black and white or color laser and/or inkjet printers for use by faculty and staff. This includes regular cleaning of printers and purchasing paper and print or toner cartridges. Departments and/or individuals are responsible for purchase of printer-appropriate transparencies, photo quality paper and oversized paper stock.
